Managing Director
As Managing Director, I oversee our travel products, partnerships, and operations, ensuring every experience reflects our company’s standards and vision. I work closely with trusted local vendors, focusing on coordination, quality control, and strong partnerships. Born and raised in Vietnam, with a master’s background in English Communications, I bring strong cultural understanding and communication skills, helping translate customer needs into well-organised, reliable travel experiences.
Sales & Customer Experience Manager
I oversee customer enquiries, bookings and communication from first contact through to trip completion. As the main point of contact for our customers, I focus on understanding their needs, providing clear information and ensuring a stress-free booking experience. As a British national, I bring an international perspective and strong customer service standards, working closely with operations and vendor partners to ensure expectations are clearly managed and delivered. I also take pride in building trust with customers and ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout their journey.
Product & Partnerships Manager
I lead the development and management of our travel products while building and maintaining strong partnerships with trusted local vendors. Working closely with hotels, transport providers, guides, and tour operators, I ensure our collaborations are structured, reliable, and aligned with our company’s quality standards. My role involves negotiating agreements, coordinating services, reviewing performance, and strengthening long-term supplier relationships to ensure consistent and dependable delivery across all our travel offerings.
