Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional materials may contact us to request removal of identifiable images.

Complaints submitted after travel may limit our ability to investigate effectively.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOA SIM TRAVEL shall not be liable for indirect losses, personal decisions made during travel, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
