Bookings made within 24 hours of travel are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed with the supplier.

4. Supplier-Based Cancellation

If a supplier applies stricter conditions, those conditions may override the standard policy above and will be communicated where applicable.

5. Changes Requested by Customers

Date or service changes may be permitted subject to supplier availability.

   - Changes requested more than 48 hours before travel may be accommodated without additional fees where possible.

   - Supplier amendment fees or price differences may apply.

6. Cancellation by HOA SIM TRAVEL or Supplier

If a tour or service is cancelled due to operational reasons, including insufficient participants, safety concerns, or supplier decisions, customers will be offered:

   - A rescheduled date, or

   - A suitable alternative service, or

   - A full refund.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

Certain tours may be affected by weather conditions or events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, refunds, rescheduling, or travel credits will depend on supplier policies and operational feasibility.

8. Refund Processing

   - Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal payment method.

   - Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal and banking providers.

   - Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.

9. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the scheduled meeting point or departure time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

10. Responsibility as Booking Agent

HOA SIM TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between customers and independent service providers. Refund eligibility may depend on supplier approval where services have already been reserved or prepaid.
